I am a culturally sensitive, licensed clinical social worker specializing in evidence-based therapy for adults and adolescents. I help clients navigate depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, and eating disorders, creating a safe, supportive space where they feel heard, understood, and empowered.
I have over 20 years of experience working as an individual, family, and group therapist in residential treatment centers, outpatient clinics, and community health settings. I have also served as an adjunct professor at Temple University. In addition, I support families navigating divorce and co-parenting through custody evaluations, mediation, and collaborative divorce work.Ongoing Learning & Affiliations
