Robin Sabag, LCSW About

I am a culturally sensitive, licensed clinical social worker specializing in evidence-based therapy for adults and adolescents. I help clients navigate depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, and eating disorders, creating a safe, supportive space where they feel heard, understood, and empowered.

I have over 20 years of experience working as an individual, family, and group therapist in residential treatment centers, outpatient clinics, and community health settings. I have also served as an adjunct professor at Temple University. In addition, I support families navigating divorce and co-parenting through custody evaluations, mediation, and collaborative divorce work.

I stay current on evidence-based treatments for eating disorders, emotional dysregulation, anxiety, and family conflict. I am an active member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW), EMDRIA, the Pennsylvania Society for Clinical Social Work, the International Association of Eating Disorders Professionals, Collaborative Law Professionals of Southeastern Pennsylvania, and the Amicable Divorce Network.

I specialize in trauma and family systems therapy, supporting clients through the effects of trauma, relationship challenges, and complex life transitions. My work is grounded in EMDR, IFS-informed practice, Marriage and Family Therapy approaches, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), along with specialized training in divorce and custody mediation, collaborative divorce practice, intimate partner violence (IPV), and aggression replacement therapy.
